Yes — strip-out and disposal of the existing bathroom is included in our full refurbishment quotes. This includes the old bath, toilet, basin, shower enclosure, and any existing tiles. We dispose of materials responsibly at licensed waste facilities. For fit-only jobs where we're replacing specific items, we take away the removed items as part of the job.

If you have a combi boiler (no hot water cylinder), a new en-suite or additional bathroom creates higher simultaneous hot water demand. A single combi boiler can typically supply 2–3 simultaneous outlets. If you're adding a second bathroom to a property with a combi, we assess whether your current combi model has sufficient output or whether an upgrade or system boiler conversion is needed. System boilers with an unvented cylinder can supply unlimited simultaneous outlets at mains pressure — the right choice for larger London properties with 3+ bathrooms.
